How to upload and share files with Google Drive

To initiate the file sharing process, please proceed to the following link to log into your Google Drive account:

Choose the specific Google Drive location where you would like to upload your files for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your documents are securely stored and accessed exclusively by our authorized team members, solely for the purpose of preparing your project quote.

Optional Step: 

If you prefer, you may create or select a specific folder within your Google Drive to organize your document placement.

Step 1: Locate the File on Your Device:

Follow the on-screen prompts to navigate to the location of the selected file on your device. Ensure you select the correct file to avoid any delays in processing.

Step 2: Upload the File:

Once you have located your file, proceed with the upload by clicking the "Upload" button.

Please ensure that your file is in one of the accepted formats (PDF, JPG, PNG) for optimal processing. We appreciate your attention to detail in this process to ensure a seamless quote preparation. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Step 1. Locate the File:

Navigate to the specific file you wish to share within your file management system.

Step 2. Initiate Sharing:

Right-click on the file to bring up the context menu. From this menu, select the "Share" option.

Step 3. Generate Shareable Link:

A sharing settings dialog will appear. Within this interface, locate and click on the option to "Copy Link."

This action will create a unique URL link to your file that you can copy and paste into the message section of the Quote Form
